Administrative offices are vital for central control and information. By providing advanced control and integration of building functions, administrative staff can analyze information and take appropriate action in emergencies. Functions include bell schedules, building access, emergency response, overhead paging, faxing, scanning and visitor tracking. Technology such as digital signage communicates information to visitors, parents, and students.

Internet Fax
Internet Fax Machines use the internet to receive and send faxes. Internet faxing (or “online faxing”) refers to sending a document facsimile using the Internet, rather than using only phone networks (traditional faxing). Hard copy is converted to an image or PDF data and attached to an e-mail. Internet Fax achieves a dramatic reduction in communication costs especially when long faxes are frequently exchanged with overseas long distances. Since there is no telephone connection charge when sending a fax over the Internet, the cost of sending faxes is covered entirely by the fixed line Internet connection fee.

Digital Displays
Digital signage is a form of electronic display that shows information, advertising and other messages. Digital signage comes in LCD, LED and plasma displays, which can be used in a variety of school rooms, from the administration offices to the cafetorium.
The benefits of digital signage over static signs are that the content can be exchanged more easily, animations can be shown, and the signs can adapt to the context, audience and time of day or year. Digital signage can offer superior return on investment compared to temporary and/or promotional signs made for a limited use or time frame.
